Vista Ridge High School

My foodservice rotations took place at Vista Ridge High School in Leander ISD. During my time here I took on various projects including sampling a new pizza roll recipe, taking photographs of the food for the teacher's mobile ordering boxes, assessing compliance for food safety standards, evaluating the food truck looking for ways to improve, and creating education materials like the ones below. During this time I also served as staff relief including acting as the food manager for a few days.
