Cook, Learn, Grow

Cook, Learn, Grow provided me with the 

opportunity to teach kids how to cook. 

During this time I taught kids technical 

skills needed in the kitchen such as knife 

skills or how to read a recipe. Kids were 

placed in charge of recipes providing 

them valid leadership skills as well. Our 

recipes ranged from "Tasty Travels" visiting

Middle Eastern, Italian, and French cuisine.

When outside of the classroom, I was 

responsible in creating 3 lesson plans 

for a science themed cooking class and 

coordinating recipes that fit this theme.
